Power interruptions today, Sept. 2 and 3

The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the general public that there will be scheduled power interruptions on Aug. 31 and Sept. 2 and 3, 2020.
As CUC continues its ongoing system maintenance, there will be scheduled power interruptions to de-energize utility lines such that CUC linemen are able to safely replace rusted power pole hardware, deteriorated cross arms and rotted primary poles in the affected areas. Because of the scale of work that will be performed, CUC asks travelers to take alternate routes or to exercise caution when driving through the working areas. See additional information below:
Monday, Aug. 31, 2020—from 9am to 1pm.
-Outage type: Sectionalized outage on the Feeder 7 Circuit
-Project location: Tanapag Mobil Gas Station (main road) going north
-Power service area(s) affected: Tanapag (areas north of the Tanapag Mobil Gas
Station), Achugao, San Roque, As Matuis and Marpi
-Water well(s) affected: As Matuis, San Roque, Achugao and Tanapag
-Wastewater lift station(s) affected: SR-1, SR-2, and SR-3
Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020—from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
-Outage type: Sectionalized outage on the Kiya 1 Circuit
-Project location: Chalan Tun Herman Pan in Airport Road Dandan
-Power service area(s) affected: Chalan Tun Herman Pan (Saagh Pl.) in Airport

Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020—from 9am to 1pm.
-Outage type: Sectionalized outage on Feeder 4 Circuit
-Project location: Papago Isa Dr. (near the Papago 1.0 MG tank & near the
Botanical Garden)

o A momentary outage to remove jumpers (about 15 mins. to 20 mins.): San
