Effective: AUG. 24 to SEPT. 6

• CURFEW: 10pm to 4am
• SOCIAL GATHERINGS: Gatherings of more than 10 people in one room or space is prohibited.
• CHURCHES: Church services limited to 50% occupancy.

BUSINESSES:

• Grocery stores allowed to open from 4am to 9pm.
• Gas stations are allowed to open from 4am to 9pm.
• All businesses shall limit occupancy to 50%.
• Restaurants and bars may continue to serve dine-in customers at 50% occupancy. Employees are included in the 50% occupancy limit.
• All businesses engaged in gaming (casino, video poker, and e-gaming facilities) are closed, except if authorized to operate.

OUTDOOR RECREATION

All public parks, public pathways, and public beaches are open for exercise and shoreline subsistence fishing. 
• Only allowed from 4am to 9pm daily. 
• Social gatherings are prohibited. 
• The Grotto remains closed. 
• Mañagaha Island is open to public. 
• Boats/ships must be disinfected regularly.

SCHOOLS

• Public and private schools shall remain closed for in-person instruction but permitted to have online classes. 
• School buildings, including administrative offices, shall be closed to the public, except for employees or contractors.  
• The CNMI Public School System, through its Special Education Program, may be permitted to allow in-person instruction for students with special needs.
