After new management took over in October last year, 360 Revolving Restaurant revamped its menu and now offers a wider array of dishes that guarantees full flavor and taste to its customers.

A veteran in restaurant business, Andrew L. Colburn and his business partner, Steve Nutting, saw the opportunity to make 360 Revolving Restaurant better, both in food and service that is evident today.

“I have been here on Saipan for two years but got into business only in Oct. 1, 2019… owned a restaurant in Roatan, Honduras for 10 years and when I saw 360 which is a beautiful restaurant, I saw a good opportunity,” Colburn said.

“When we took over, we only had two goals in mind—better food and service and that is our promise… we are embracing this concept that we take better care of customers. All restaurants say they do but most don’t,” Colburn added.

Perfectly situated at the penthouse of Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe, 360 Revolving Restaurant is an experience. Dining area is on a broad circular platform that goes around 360 degrees and guests are treated with delicious food with changing views or background.

“We have added a lot to the current menu and the bestseller dish is our Texas fajitas… We have a lunch special that goes for only $9.99 and on the weekend, we celebrate ‘Spanish Saturday’ where we serve Mexican food for lunch and dinner,” Colburn said.

360 Revolving Restuarant customers enjoy the Saipan sunset, one of the views the people enjoy while dining in.

“Before the pandemic, our customer base were tourists or visitors and they hold 65% of our business…We recently opened and now we have 100% locals for customers and we are surprised how good business has been… [We’re] not where we need to be, but better than I anticipated. We appreciate all the islanders’ loyalty to 360 since we resumed operations,” Colburn said.

According to Colburn, better service also entails their concern for customers and have placed health and safety protocols. “We follow regulations set by the government and the COVID-19 task force both for employees and customers like wearing of masks, washing hands, but most of all, the way 360 is set up in a circle, we are naturally social distancing so not much different from before and I find that we are lucky that way,” he said.

360 Revolving Restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, 11am-2pm for lunch, and 5pm-9pm or dinner. For more information, call (670) 234-3600 or (670) 285-0360, email andy_ac1@yahoo.com, or Facebook 360 Revolving Restaurant Saipan.
