Beachside Property Management LCC located in Koblerville has been building quality residential homes since 2016. Part of their mission is to provide the highest level of quality in construction services at a fair market and competitive price.
According to active senior member Timothy Baker, experience in construction is one of the good qualities when looking for a construction firm on island and he has been in the construction business for over 40 years now. “I started my own company in New York in 1972. Over the years, my company has approximately built 2,500 residential houses and commercial buildings. On Saipan, we build in accordance to U.S. standards and cater to the needs and wishes of our clients,” he said.
“Our target market is the middle class that want a basic house that is durable, perfect for their family size, and can withstand super typhoons… One of our projects in Koblerville was the only house with the roof still intact after Super Typhoon Yutu,” he added.

Part of Baker’s success in the construction business is that they work closely with clients about the house plan. “It is always an honor to be trusted by our clients. In return, we sit down and talk over plans for their dream house. We are also particular about choosing the right materials… never below par,” he said.
“Aside from specializing in building residential homes, we also do plumbing, electrical, landscaping, tuck pointing, house clean outs, flooring, and so on. We do free estimates for prospective clients,” he added.
