Enterprise Rent-A-Car vows ‘Complete Clean Pledge’

Enterprise Rent-A-Car worldwide recently committed to “Complete Clean Pledge” which expanded its cleaning procedures to assure its customers that the company is in tune with the times and that their health and safety are the company’s priority.

According to Emir Abuan, director of Business Development, they modified their cleaning procedures that take place between every rental using recommendations from various health authorities. “Clean vehicles have always been important to us and at this moment in time, we know vehicle cleanliness is even more critical…on top of vacuuming and general wipe-down cleaning, we are sanitizing with disinfectant key areas interior and exterior between every rental,” he said.

He added that these include “key and key fob, center console, cupholders and compartments, seat surfaces and pockets, areas between seat/console and seat/doorjambs, dashboard, instrument panels, steering wheel and column, accessory panel, door interiors and pockets, door handles (interior and exterior), mirrors and other high-touch areas. We also have measures in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any vehicle if needed.”

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a tri-brand rental company that also handles National and Alamo. “National and Alamo Rent-A-Car started doing business on Saipan in 2004 and we started our tri-brand when Enterprise acquired National and Alamo in 2016… all three brands offer a high standard of customer service and reliability, which is what travelers look for when planning their trips,” Abuan said.
