With less than a month away to what is bound to be the most talked about event on Saipan this year, the PIC Hafa Adai 5K is proud to announce that Bridge Capital LL has joined the growing list of sponsors for this fundraising event
“Bridge Capital is very excited to be part of this event and we encourage the community and other businesses to support and join this event and the others to come,” said Bridge Capital IT/marketing manager Mark Badal.
The Hafa Adai 5K will start and finish at PIC Saipan. This event coincides with the blooming of the flame trees here on Saipan.
Along with the bright orange flowers which will light up the island from now until summer, the Hafa Adai 5K will have each and every participant going home covered in a sheet of “holi powder.” The distance is achievable for everyone to join and the coloring stations will make this event that much more fun.
“This exciting fun run fills all the criteria’s within Bridge Capital vision of supporting charitable organization such as the Salvation Army and motivate the community to live active, positive, and healthy lifestyles,” Badal said.
The Hafa Adai 5K will have participants passing through four coloring stations along the 5K route. Volunteers will celebrate each participant’s arrival with a splash of either blue, yellow, pink, or red colored corn starch. This biodegradable and non-toxic mixture will have participants laughing all the way from station to station.
“We wanted to host an event where everyone could join. Bridge Capital has been a supporter of so many past and upcoming sporting events on the island. This partnership just made sense,” said PIC SEA director Glenn Policare.
Entry forms are available at the PIC front desk and at Saipan Shell Stations. Entry fees are only $10 and the first 500 paid entries will receive a free limited edition event shirt. Proceeds from the Hafa Adai 5K will go to benefit the CNMI Salvation Army. For more information, contact Dennis Tababa at dennis.tababa@picsaipan.com or call 237-5147. (PR)
