Payless SuperFresh introduces Saipan’s first online grocery store—www.paylesssuperfresh.com. Customers are now able to shop for groceries online at their convenience from anywhere.
“We are constantly looking for new and better ways to support our customers, making our products available for direct orders made sense and the online store had been in the development phase well before the COVID crisis,” said Morgan Carrico, general manager of Payless SuperFresh. “In light of the pandemic, we accelerated our plans for the website and are hopeful that this platform will make life a little easier for some of our customers, especially those most at-risk.”
While the inventory is limited, the online store offers staple grocery items, including canned goods, rice, iced tea, soda, milk and dairy products, fresh bread from Great Harvest, chips, cereal, bathroom tissue and more!
The site is user-friendly, enabling customers to navigate easily, browse through the online store, click on items and quantity, add to cart and check out. A Payless SuperFresh customer service associate will then finalize transaction and payment details via telephone. Designated parking stalls are available for curbside pick-up and limited (next day) delivery options are also available.
“Our top priority has always been to meet the ever-changing needs and demands of our customers,” said Carrico. “We also want to let our customers know that only a limited inventory is available online during this introductory phase, but we do plan to increase product options in the future and expand our services to meet these needs.”
Visitors to the site will be able to view current in-store promotions and Triple J’s Customers First Rewards Program points will be applied for any online purchases made by existing members of the program.
