JC Tenorio Enterprises donates $5,000 to NMC
J.C. Tenorio Enterprises donates $5,000 in cash and in-kind to the Northern Marianas College Foundation. The donation was made as part of the 16th Annual NMC Foundation Open Golf Tournament, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020. (NMC)
As part of its commitment to expanding educational opportunities in the Marianas, J.C. Tenorio Enterprises has donated $5,000 in cash and in-kind to the Northern Marianas College Foundation.
The donation was made as part of the 16th Annual NMC Foundation Open Golf Tournament, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020. The funds raised from the event will benefit the college’s recovery efforts from Super Typhoon Yutu, which destroyed 85% of the college’s classrooms and facilities.
“We are proud of the longstanding partnership that our company has with the Northern Marianas College,” said J.C. Tenorio vice president Roman “Bo” Palacios. “We will continue to support the college and its efforts to advance higher education.”
“For many, many years, J.C Tenorio Enterprises has supported NMC and its mission to provide students with quality education and services ,” said NMC interim president Frankie Eliptico. “We are grateful for their longstanding support.”
The 16th Annual NMC Foundation Open golf tournament will be held on the east course of the Saipan Laolao Bay Golf & Resort. Showtime is at 6am, and the shotgun start will be at 7am. The tournament will follow a medal play format. (NMC)
