For dessert, enjoy the heart=shaped strawberry roulade, which is strawberry cake roll stuffed with heart-shaped mousse and topped with fresh mint and strawberry compote.

All the ladies will get Ecuadorian long-stemmed roses for free.

Coincidentally, Friday is also Seafood Buffet Night at Costa Terrace Restaurant. “Guests can enjoy gourmet seafood buffet that includes bottomless drinks,” said ARC Food & Beverage manager Neil Metran.
