Hyatt to usher in the Year of the Rat with guest chefs

Chinese Lunar New Year is the most anticipated festival of the Chinese calendar—a time for reconnecting with friends and family and sharing precious time together. During this this holiday, Hyatt Regency Saipan guests are welcomed to celebrate the Year of the Rat, the year of new beginnings!

From today through Sunday, Jan. 22 to 26, 2020, Kili Café & Terrace presents a four-night-and-one-day Chinese New Year dining event prepared with the guidance of visiting guest chefs Jason Zhuang and Gary Zhu from Grand Hyatt Shenyang China for the celebration of the Year of the Rat.

On Wednesday, Jan. 22, there will be three cuisine live station dinner prelude for the Chinese New Year, priced at $48 per person and Club at the Hyatt members welcome.

Thursday, Jan. 23, will have a Chinese New Year three cuisine live station lunch and dinner prelude, priced at $29 per person and Club at the Hyatt members welcome for lunch and $48 per person and Club at the Hyatt members welcome for dinner.

Friday and Saturday, Jan. 24 and 25, twill have Chinese New Year three cuisine live station lunch prelude priced at $29 per person and Club at the Hyatt members welcome.

On Friday and Saturday, Jan. 24 and 25, the Chinese New Year celebration dinner is priced at $65 per person and $45 Club at the Hyatt members.

Sunday, Jan. 26 Sunday Brunch, will feature a Chinese New Year live station priced at $55 per person and Club at the Hyatt members welcome.

The visiting guest chefs will put on a fine display of culinary artistry in their creations alongside traditional delicacies like marinated abalone, jellyfish with Chinese cabbage, and Beijing duck, to name a few. Reservations highly recommended. For more information, call 234-1234 Ext. 26.

On Saturday, Jan. 25, guests are invited to experience a traditional lion dance to welcome and share good health, luck and strong prosperity performed by the Chinese Association of Saipan at 11am in the hotel lobby and at 6:30pm at the Kili Café & Terrace. (PR)
