Mongolian construction workers impress at IPI site

Since starting at the Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC construction site in Garapan, staff of Junson Construction Mongolia have demonstrated highly skilled workmanship, professionalism, and well-organized and disciplined performance on the job.
Thanks to their participation in Imperial Pacific project’s implementation, the construction of Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino has significantly progressed.
Today, Junson Construction became the leading construction company that is responsible for the overall project implementation and supervising different companies on the project.
Specifically, Junson Construction is training and providing employment opportunity for more than 150 local construction workers.

In order to participate in the project, Junson Construction trained their workers to advance their skills and workmanship, which means their workers are not individually hired personnel, but full-time staff that are trained and disciplined to follow company supervision, guidance, regulations, and standards introduced and respect the company’s values and vision.
The project owners are amazed with the Mongolian construction workers’ efficiency. Moreover, their contribution to safety of the construction site is immeasurable.
It is proven that the construction team from Mongolia is one of the main reasons for the successful continuation of the casino-hotel project and owners are proudly acknowledging their valuable contributions. (PR)
