TownHouse Furniture and Appliances, along with KFC/Taco Bell Saipan, concluded their annual Grand Christmas Raffle last Dec. 31, selecting the winners from over 1,000 entries.

KFC/Taco Bell store manager Yole Aldan estimates that, since starting the raffle back in October, they gained over 1,000 entries between their establishment and TownHouse.

The winners of this year’s raffle were Ed Javier, for KFC, and Philloon Lee, for TownHouse. Both winners were not present for the raffle drawing at KFC last Tuesday.

“Congratulations to the winner. We hope you will continue to come back to KFC and Taco Bell and thank you for patronizing Taco Bell,” said Aldan.
Aldan said Javier is a regular customer who works at IT&E and regularly comes to KFC in the morning for breakfast.

Aldan said that KFC has been holding this appreciation raffle for their customers in the past four years, but this was their first year to partner with TownHouse.

“We actually do this every year, we always have a Christmas raffle promo but this is the first time we partnered with TownHouse but we have separate winners. One of their customers will be winning and one of our customers will also be winning,” she said.

Robmar Diaz, TownHouse store manager, said their winner, Lee, got his raffle tickets—14 tickets in all—after purchasing a sofa set worth $749.
“Congratulations and thank you for trusting TownHouse with your household needs,” he said.

Diaz said this is their third year hosting the Christmas raffle since 2015, after a break in 2018 as a result of Super Typhoon Yutu, which left their store in ruins.

“We do this raffle every year since October 2015. This is our third year because we didn’t have one last year due to Super Typhoon Yutu. But we do this in appreciation to our customers for always patronizing TownHouse,” he said.
