BEH closes 1 establishment in October
The Bureau of Environmental Health temporarily closed down the Kagman Market last Oct. 25 due to violations of health and sanitation standards. The establishment re-opened three days later after remedying the identified violations.
The BEH makes sanitary inspections of retail, eating, and drinking establishments each month. It releases the names of the establishments by inspection grade, and the names of the establishments which are ordered closed. If an establishment is shut down, BEH gives it a suspension date and the date they are certified to resume operations.
The Food Safety Rating classifications are based on a score of 0-100. The following are the grades for establishments.
