UFO caging opens Nov. 30, draws 19 teams

The United Filipino Organization and IT&E 2019 Open and Master Basketball League that is set to kick off at the end of the month will feature 19 teams.
The UFO caging that will be held at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium starting Nov. 30 will have two divisions: the open category (for players in the 21 and above age group) and master (for 40 and above).
Pacific Island Club, MJD Corp. Blue Eagle Enterprise, Toyota, Shirley’s, Islander Rent A Car, Mystique Grillers, RNV Construction, Hoopaholics, and The Game will vie for the open division championship.
In the masters group, the participating teams are IT&E, Blue House, Pegs Team Mythical, Las Vegas Bamboo Bar, JSN Construction, Old Iskool, Islander Rent A Car, PPG Pen, and Pacific Marine.
Games in the UFO caging will be held every Saturday and Sunday and schedule for the opening day will be announced later.
