An 11th grade student from Grace Christian Academy has been selected to join the National Society of High School Scholars, which recognizes top scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, scholarship, and community commitment.

In an interview with his parents, Rose and Anthony Camacho, both expressed happiness for their son. “We are extremely proud of our son’s achievements, not only as an athlete but, most importantly, as a scholar. …It takes a lot of discipline and hard work to persevere but he is a determined young man who excels in all that he sets his mind to do,” Rose Camacho said.
