McDonald’s Saipan knows that recognizing the hard work and fruitful efforts of its employees is the heart of their business.
They also know that just like the important ingredients that are put into their products, rewarding these employees is also a vital ingredient to the success of this international fast food chain.
Last month, McDonald’s Saipan hosted the Employee of the Quarter Dinner event held at the 360 Revolving Restaurant in Susupe. This was a gathering of McDonald’s management and chosen employees for the quarter where the atmosphere was full of casual conversation, laughter, great food that encourages both parties to get know each other outside of work.
The employees present at the recognition dinner were 2018 4th Quarter awardees Kyle Merril Garcia of McDonald’s Middle Road and Justthis Ayuyu of McDonald’s Garapan; 2019 1st Quarter awardees Beah Sebio of McDonald’s Middle Road and John Tyrone Rizo of McDonald’s Garapan and lastly, 2019 2nd Quarter awardees Norbert Sulapas of McDonald’s Middle Road and Kinisoulast Tisa of McDonald’s Garapan.
The quarter awardees were joined by McDonald’s Saipan and Guam president and owners Jose and Marcia Ayuyu, training coordinator Majellyn Calceta, and executive assistant to the president Mable Glenn.
McDonald’s of Guam and Saipan are locally owned and operated by franchisees Jose and Marcia Ayuyu and is the leading food service restaurant chain in the Marianas, with over 500 employees.
The organization opened in 1993 and currently operates eight McDonald’s branches—two on Saipan located in Garapan and Middle Road and six in Guam with the Yigo Branch which opened in November last year as the latest store.
