NAVFAC Pacific awards $15M contract in Guam

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM—Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific awarded yesterday a $15 million firm-fixed price contract to Nan, Inc. of Honolulu, Hawaii for the construction of an ordnance operations facility at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

The work includes construction of a low-rise, one-story reinforced concrete ordnance operations building, which includes administrative spaces to support U.S. Marine Corps ordnance operations within the area compound. This project also constructs a low-rise, one-story reinforced concrete inert storehouse. 

Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam and is expected to be completed by December 2021. (USN)
