Scheduled water service interruptions
There is will be an emergency water service interruption in the areas of Mt. Tapochau Road and portions of Chalan Galaide today, Sept. 5, from 7:30am to 2:30pm, to allow water operations personnel of the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. to perform repairs on a damaged 6-inch water distribution pipe that supplies water to these areas. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water service soon after. As a result of the repair, a more reliable water system will be provided to the community.
CUC said it will continue to work diligently to minimize any inconvenience to its customers. (PR)
Water service interruption tomorrow
There will be a scheduled water service interruption in Tanapag and San Roque (lower side) tomorrow, Sept. 6, from 8am to 4:30pm. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water services soon after.
The purpose of the water interruption is due to two waterline leaks located on the main road of Tanapag near the Mobil gas station. CUC’s contractor, AIC Marianas, Inc. will be making the necessary repairs. (PR)
Water service interruption on Monday
There will be a scheduled water service interruption in the areas of Capital Hill 1200 Block, 1300 Block, Wireless Ridge, Eggi Drive, Marshall Loop and for customers along Capital Hill Isa Drive to the Kagman Mobil gas station on Monday, Sept. 9, from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water services soon after.
The purpose of the scheduled water service interruption is to allow CUC’s water operations personnel to perform repairs on a damaged main service lateral on Marshall Loop and Kwajelein Avenue on Capitol Hill.
As a result of the waterline repair, a more reliable water system will be provided to the community.
