Manglona registered as professional civil engineer
One of the managing partners of Pacific Engineering Group and Services LLC, Denn M. Mangloña, has recently been registered as a professional civil engineer in the CNMI after passing the PE Civil Exam of the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors and the Seismic Principles Exam of the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists on his first attempt.
Mangloña holds a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (2014), Cleveland, Ohio.
Following his graduation, Mangloña returned to the CNMI as a civil engineer and assistant project manager before being promoted to a project manager for SSFM CNMI LLC. Since then, he has transitioned to the role of assistant general manager for PEGS with over five years of experience.
His experiences include contract administration, project management, and design for a variety of private clients and government agencies.
Among others, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and he is certified by the Guam Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in construction quality management.
Mangloña continues his professional development by attending workshops and trainings, the latest of which is the National Highway Institute’s course on contract management in Suffolk, Virginia in May 2019.
Manglona graduated from Rota High School in 2010, and he is the son of Sen. Paul Mangloña (Ind-Rota) and Lydia Mangloña.
