SSHS orientation set
Saipan Southern High School orientation for new students, 9th graders, and their parents will be held on Aug. 29, 2019, Thursday, from 8:30am to 11:30am, at the SSHS campus. Parents will have their orientation from 8:30am to 9:30am, while students will have their orientation from 8:30am to 11:30a. Please bring your own water and snacks. (PR)
Kagman Elementary School schedules
– Aug. 28: Parents/student orientation for Kindergarten to Grade 2 is from10am to 11am, school cafeteria
– Aug. 29: Parents/student orientation for grades 3 to 5 is from 10am to 11am, school cafeteria
– Sept. 3: First day of instruction for all students (K-5th), from 7:40am to 2:40pm
During the parent and student orientation day, the teachers will be present to meet with parents and to share instructional goals and expectations for the school year. For more information, call 237-3146/3150. (PR)
Open house tomorrow at Saipan airport
The Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport will be holding an open house meeting tomorrow, Aug. 21, 2019, from 6pm to 8pm, at the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Building located at 1 Fadang at the Saipan airport. The open house will discuss the ongoing airport master plan study. The consultant team will also be available to answer questions.
