Power 99, IT&E donate $5K each to 24th TOC

As part of both their efforts to support community projects and events, Power 99 and IT&E have signed on as gold sponsors for the 24th Annual Governor’s Tournament of Champions on Aug. 10 and 11, 2019.
Both companies have contributed in-kind donations of more than $5,000 for this year’s tournament.
“The Tournament of Champions has always been a success because of the generosity of companies like Power 99 and IT&E,” said Ben Babauta, TOC tournament director. “We are extremely thankful for their support this year.”
The 24th Governor’s Tournament of Champions will be played at the Laolao Bay Golf & Resort’s east and west courses on Aug. 10 and 11, 2019. The two-day event is bigger with exciting hole-in-one prizes and the chance to win thousands of dollars in possible prizes. The TOC tournament fee is $200.
Winners in the Men’s Championship, A, B, C, Senior and Super Senior flights will each receive $500 cash, $400 cash, $300 cash, a Casio watch, and $100 DFS gift certificate for the first to fifth place, respectively. The Ladies Low Gross winners will receive $500, $400, and $300 cash for first to third place, respectively. The first, second, and third place winners of the Ladies Low Net will each receive a trophy.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes are at stake in the two-day tournament, including hole-in-one prizes that include a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 Sport and a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross donated by Triple J Motors, a Nissan Frontier donated by Joeten Motors, one year of free golf donated by Laolao Bay Golf & Resort, and other prizes that will be announced in the coming days. There will also be thousands of dollars’ worth in other prizes that include mobile devices, gift certificates, and more.
Platinum sponsors include T Galleria, Triple J Motors, LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort, Marianas Visitor’s Authority, and Chivas Regal.
