Laolao Bay Golf & Resort signs on as TOC platinum sponsor

As part of its commitment to support community organizations and projects, Laolao Bay Golf & Resort recently signed on as a platinum sponsor for the upcoming 24th Annual Governor’s Tournament of Champions.
“The annual Governor’s Tournament of Champions has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars that benefit numerous community projects,” said Bi Weon Park, president of Laolao Bay Golf & Resort. “We are proud to be part of the event and look forward to the tournament and wish all players good luck.”

The 24th Governor’s Tournament of Champions will be played at the Laolao Bay Golf and Resort’s east and west courses on Aug. 10 and 11. The two-day event is bigger with exciting hole-in-one prizes and the chance to win thousands of dollars in possible prizes. The TOC tournament fee is $200.
Winners in the Men’s Championship, A, B, C, Senior and Super Senior flights will each receive $500 cash, $400 cash, $300 cash, a Casio watch, and $100 DFS gift certificate for the first to fifth place, respectively. The Ladies Low Gross winners will receive $500, $400, and $300 cash for first to third place, respectively. The first, second, and third place winners of the Ladies Low Net will each receive a trophy.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes are at stake in the two-day tournament, including hole-in-one prizes that also include a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 Sport and a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross donated by Triple J Motors, a Nissan Frontier donated by Joeten Motors, one year of free golf donated by Laolao Bay Golf & Resort, and other prizes that will be announced in the coming days. There will also be thousands of dollars’ worth in other prizes that include mobile devices, gift certificates, and more.
Platinum sponsors for the Governor’s Tournament of Champions include T Galleria, Triple J Motors, Laolao Bay Golf & Resort, Marianas Visitor’s Authority, and Chivas Regal.
Gold sponsors include Chong’s Corp., Joeten Motors, Power 99, IT&E, RNV Construction, Hyatt Regency Saipan, and Blue Stone Management.
