Thirty years ago, the vision was to create a peaceful, relaxing, natural, island-style resort. That was the vision then for the Aqua Resort Club in the northern part of Saipan and away from downtown Garapan.
That vision has held up well, according to Victoria Sorrell, Aqua Resort Club’s marketing and public relations manager.
“Aqua Resort Club is a very unique property in the CNMI and it is very different from the typical high-rise hotel,” she said. “We are a small resort that focuses on quality and hospitality over quantity.”
Combined with hard work and dedication to always putting its guests and tourists needs first, that has become Aqua Resort Club’s formula for success.
“We continue to build our personalized service and welcoming relationships with our regulars and this keeps our customers coming back over the years,” Sorrell added.

The hotel resort boasts of beachfront views, low-rise buildings influenced by local architecture that is environmentally sustainable, spacious guests rooms, an airy lobby, and unharmed tropical surroundings that preserve the location’s natural beauty.
The resort also has seven restaurants with different themes: Kevin’s Prime Rib, Sunset Beach BBQ, Costa Terrace Restaurant, Spanish Vino Bar, Michelle’s Pool Bar, Michelle’s Beach Bar, and ARC Café.
Sorrell said the future for the resort means that they will continue to grow with guests and their needs.
“We plan to continue to offer new promotions and meal offerings that fit with the changing market trends,” she said. “We hope to be here for many, many more years to come.”
