- HOUSE RESOLUTION Members of the House of Representatives present House Commemorative Resolution 21-4 to Master Gunnery Sgt. Norvin Camacho Deleon Guerrero (retired) in a presentation with family and friends present in the House chamber yesterday. The resolution, introduced by Rep. Luis John DLG Castro, praises Deleon Guerrero for a distinguished 30-year career as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, eventually retiring as the highest ranking enlisted member of the Marine Corps from the CNMI. A 1987 graduate of Marianas High School, Deleon Guerrero is the son of Jesus Q. and Wilhelma Juanita C. Deleon Camacho and the husband of Paula Sablan Deleon Guerrero. (Contributed Photo)

- MPLT LOAN BILL Acting governor Arnold I. Palacios signs House Bill 21-44, HS1 into law last Friday, as Marianas Public Land Trust trustees Martin Ada and Frica Pangelinan look on.
