Ficke joins Triple J Saipan Group as GM for motors division
Triple J Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce Sean Ficke as the new general manager of Triple J Motors Saipan. Ficke replaces Randy Steele who retired last month to relocate to the mainland after 22 years of service with Triple J.

Ficke brings over 20 years’ worth of management experience to the role. Prior to joining the team, Ficke was director of Special Operations for Jones & Guerrero Company, Inc. As general manager for Triple J Motors Saipan, he will be responsible for day to day operations and all aspects of the dealership to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
“With his proven leadership abilities and diverse business experience, Sean will continue to strive to make the car buying and ownership experience a smooth and positive one for our customers,” said Jay Jones, senior vice president of Triple J.
