SHRM meeting to tackle EQ in the workplace
The Society for Human Resource Management-NMI Chapter invites its members, associated HR and management staff, and interested members of the public to attend its general membership meeting on June 20, 2019, at Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Giovanni’s beginning at 11am.
The meeting will feature University of Guam’s Dr. John Rivera discussing emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Rivera, Guam’s first and only MBTI master practitioner and MBTI certified Step III practitioner and an emotional intelligence (EQ-i)-certified practitioner, will offer insight into emotional intelligence and its significance and impact on workplace interactions.
This meeting is open to the public and will provide invaluable information for employers, managers, and HR professionals and staff. The presentation includes Giovanni’s lunch buffet at the cost of $20 for SHRM members and $30 for non-members.
