Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Appliances must replace existing models or for first-time purchases of new appliances for residents with newly constructed or renovated homes.
Residents impacted by the devastations of Typhoon Mangkhut and Super Typhoon Yutu are eligible, provided they have not already received similar assistance from local, federal or private entities.
Qualifying Energy Star-rated products:

Window-type AC 5000-8000 btu ($120) Saipan ($160) Rota/Tinian

1. ENSURE YOUR ELIGIBILITY
• Appliances must be purchased in the CNMI on or after June 10, 2019.
• Appliances must be installed in a CNMI residence.
• Individuals who are recipients of the Weatherization Assistance Program will not qualify for vouchers for a Refrigerator and one (1) Room air-conditioner, if already availed of such under the Weatherization Assistance Program.

2. PURCHASE A QUALIFYING PRODUCT
• For more information, visit or call the Division of Energy at 670-664-4480/1 or visit a registered retailer for a list of qualifying products. List of registered vendors/retailers will be announced once it becomes available.

3. INCLUDE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR APPLICATION
• Completed and signed application.
• Copy of valid CNMI ID.
• Incomplete applications will be returned and/or rejected. (PR)
