The Shack Saipan earns 2019 TripAdvisor certificate of excellence
The Shack Saipan, a local island bistro, has once again received a TripAdvisor certificate of excellence.
Now on its sixth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that earned great reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions all over the world.
“We are so proud to be recognized for the fifth straight year with this award,” said The Shack co-owner Glen Hunter. “This award is so unique in that it is truly customer-driven and a reflection of our incredible team. We love our customers and we are so glad they are able to share their ‘Shacksperiences’ with the world.”
Neela Pal, TripAdvisor’s vice president, said the certificate of excellence, allows TripAdvisor to publicly recognize businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travelers experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay, and explore.
The certificate of excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
