Radio show features engineer, ex-senator

Marianas Agupa Radio will feature Efrain Camacho, P.E. and former senator Frica Pangelinan on Saturday, March 15, 2014, between 10:30am and 11am to talk about the initiative on Article 12 and its implication on the CNMI’s economy—what will it mean if we extend it from 55 years to 99 years or if we were to get rid of Article 12 altogether.
