Aon Insurance, a world leader in insurance broking and risk services, recently donated nine computers to the Marianas Young Professionals, a nonprofit organization, to benefit its Million Dollar Scholars program.

Shayne Villanueva, Aon’s operations manager, is an avid supporter of education and entrepreneurship within the community. “We are happy to engage in the support of growth through education and mentoring. The Marianas Young Professionals has shown success in developing a system to send our children to college and we are all for that,” said Villanueva.

Gerald Van Gils, MyPros executive director and founder of the Million Dollar Scholars program, said, “We are opening an innovation center soon and this is what we will use these computers for. On behalf of MyPros and the Million Dollar Scholars, we thank Aon Insurance for choosing us as a beneficiary. We will put these to good use and will continue to grow our youth.”

MyPros is a non-profit organization that focuses on community projects, mentoring the youth but is also flexible enough to open its doors during disasters and mobilize volunteers and staff to assist.
