ESGR chair to speak at SHRM meeting
Donald Clark will discuss ESGR services in the CNMI as well as the Uniformed Services Employment & Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) including how USERRA affects employment and the rights and responsibilities of employers under USERRA. This labor law may be complicated and confusing, yet relevant, for many employers in the CNMI. Clark will also discuss how to build or improve relationships with your employee’s military supervisors or managers.
