Pledge forms for Red Cross Walkathon now out

The pledge forms for the 33rd annual Red Cross Walkathon have been distributed to all public and private schools as well as the business community.

“We really need the community’s support to enable us to fulfill our mission here in the CNMI,” said Tayna Belyeu-Camacho, chapter board chairwoman.

This year’s event on April 13 will also be held on Rota and Tinian. On Saipan, the venue is adjacent to the Guma Sakman building in Susupe.

There will be a 10K, 5K and 2K course, along with lots of fun and excitement for the whole family.

Participants will receive an event T-shirt designed by Magas as well as sandwiches and refreshments from Subway and the Coca-Cola group of companies.

Walkers who raise $75 on their pledge forms will also receive a free PIC Waterpark pass, $10 Mobil fuel voucher, $5 McDonald’s Arch Card, and a F’real Smoothie or shake.
