Interfaith vigil for New Zealand mosque victims
Following the terrorist mass shootings that took place at mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, on March 15, the University of Guam and the interfaith community of Guam will host a “One Humanity for Peace” multi-religious prayer and chant vigil with a brief informational presentation about Islam.
The vigil will take place from 6pm to 7:30pm this Saturday, March 23, at the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Lecture Hall at the University of Guam. Doors open at 5:30pm.

Mahi-mahi Fishing Derby set
The Saipan Fishermen’s Association will hold the 15th Annual Mahi-mahi Fishing Derby on Mar. 30, 2019. Prizes will include $1,000 cash for first place, with remaining placement prizes to be announced. The registration fee is $100 per boat, including one captain and one angler, and $10 for each additional angler. KHS announces the Annual Senior Parents’ Night on March 21, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the KHS cafeteria. All seniors and their parents are expected to attend. The agenda will include:
