Art-in-the-Park at the AMP

The American Memorial Park announced yesterday the 3rd annual Art-in-the-Park series. During the months of March and April, American Memorial Park is partnering with local artists and organizations to provide free art classes to the community. All ages are welcome to join us in creating amazing art!

• March 23: Banana Painting, 9am – noon, Joy Rankin
• March 30: Painted Pots, 9am – noon, Kimberly Mendiola
• April 6: Wood painting with acrylic, 9am – noon, Meena Benavente
• April 13: Blueprints (Cyanotype), 9am – noon, Erlinda Babauta

At the end of the art sessions, on April 20, artwork will be displayed at the Visitor Center for the public to enjoy.

Space is limited so register soon! To register for a class, visit the American Memorial Park Visitor Center, which is open daily from 9am to 4pm.
