Another Guam Guard airman is deployed

Another airman from the Guam Air National Guard’s 254th Air Base Group departed for a deployment last Feb. 13, 2019, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in Southwest Asia.

Technical Sgt. John Patricio will be supporting a Cyber Flight mission to provide quality communication systems and services to its units worldwide, to include equipping, administering, training and providing personnel to operate and maintain good ground communications, electronics and computer systems and facilities. He will be deployed for approximately six months.

“The Guard asks the public for their continued support of our airmen and their families,” said Lt. Col. Esther Aguigui, The Adjutant General of the Guam National Guard.  “We also have airmen from the 254th Air Base Group, the 254th Security Forces Squadron, and the 254th Force Support Squadron who are currently deployed or supporting missions around the world. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers now as they prepare to deploy and for the duration of their deployment.” (PR)
