Alleged top 2 ‘ice’ suppliers, 1 distributor indicted
Xing Bo Fang and Yu Hua Wang, who are respectively the alleged leader and the second in command of a group of methamphetamine or “ice” suppliers on Saipan, were indicted in federal court on Tuesday.
A separate indictment was also filed against Hong Wang, who was among seven men recently arrested for alleged “ice” distribution on the island.
The indictment charged Fang and Yu Hua Wang, both 46, with conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of “ice” and distribution of 50 grams or more of “ice.” In addition, Yu Hua Wang was charged with distribution of methamphetamine.
The U.S. government also sought to forfeit Wang’s leasehold of a property located on Sailing Drive in Dandan, a white 2004 Lexus ES330 four-door sedan, and $11,400 in cash, upon their conviction.
According to the indictment, Fang and Yu Hua Wang conspired with each other and with other persons to distribute 50 grams of more of “ice” on Dec. 27, 2013.
Drug Enforcement Administration special agent Jacqueline R. Gordon disclosed in documents filed in federal court that they were able to seize 135.6 gross grams of “ice” during their operation against Fang and Yu Hua Wang.
The separate indictment charged Hong Wang, 40, with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine. The U.S. government also sought to forfeit Wang’s 2005 Toyota Corolla sedan and $4,600 cash. Hong Wang allegedly distributed “ice” in March and August 2013.
A Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force’s confidential source allegedly managed to buy $2,400 worth of “ice” from Hong Wang inside Wang’s car at the American Memorial Park. There were no added details about the alleged August 2013 transaction.
Aside from the three, also arrested were Daniel A. Castro, 32; Vicente S. Palacios, 38; Bao Zhong Wang, 46; and Le Xiang Chen, 63.
