NMHC continues to look for home unit owners
The Northern Marianas Housing Corp. is still on the look out for home unit owners who have available units up for rent to aid Super Typhoon Yutu victims.
According to NMHC office manager/procurement officer Jacob Muña, the agency is still urging individuals or companies who have available home units to inform the corporation so they can disseminate the information to those who need them most.
In a previous interview Muña, he affirmed the lack of alternative homes due to the widespread destruction of Super Typhoon Yutu.
In order to assist individuals who are in search of a homes in this difficult time, NMHC is asking home unit owners and companies to inform the corporation of any available units so that they can pass on the appropriate information to individuals who inquire about available housing.
As of now, Muña said that the corporation is limited to the help they can give in terms of housing because the waiting lists for their housing programs have been closed for months due to maximum capacity.
The unit may be a single-house dwelling or apartment unit.
The vendor, company, or landlord is required to provide information such as company name, contact number, email address, number of bedrooms, number of available units, and amenities provided.
For any questions or concerns, Muña can be contacted 234-6866/9447 or 483-9447; you may also email him at officemanager@nmhcgov.net.
