JKPL closed today
The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library will be closed today, Jan. 22, 2019 in lieu of yesterday’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday.
When a holiday falls on a Sunday or Monday, the library closes on Tuesday after the holiday.
JKPL will reopen tomorrow, Jan. 23, 2019 for regular hours. Please enjoy the time with family and friends!

OVR Tinian outreach tomorrow
The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation would like to inform the public that they will be conducting their regular monthly outreach on Tinian tomorrow, Jan. 23, 2019. Humanities awards on Thursday
The Northern Marianas Humanities Council will be hosting the 21st Governor’s Humanities Awards at the Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Giovanni’s Restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 24, starting at 11am. (PR)
I Kumision i Fino’ CHamoru meeting this Thursday
Due to extenuating circumstances, the Kumision i Fino’ CHamoru yan i Fina’någuen i Historia yan Lina’la Taotao Tano’ (I Kumision i Fino’ CHamoru) has moved its Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019 meeting to the usual time, Thursday, Jan. 24, from 12:30pm to 3pm at its Hagatña location, the Garden House at the Plaza de España.
Agenda includes 1. Logistics for the Mina’ Dos Fina’che’cho’ on Friday, 1/25/19; and, 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes. (PR)
