NMC’s fall semester resumes Dec. 3 for afternoon, Saturday classes

Northern Marianas College will be resuming its fall 2018 afternoon, evening, and Saturday classes on Dec. 3, 2018, at the Saipan Southern High School. The calendar for the remainder of the semester follows:

• Instructional weeks: Dec. 3 – 15, 2018
• Holiday break: Dec. 17, 2018 – Jan. 5, 2019
• Instructional weeks: Jan. 7, 2019 – Feb. 2, 2019
• Final exam week: Feb. 4-9, 2019 
• Fall 2018 semester dates for morning, online, hybrid, and selected afternoon classes (Monday – Saturday):

The dates for the continuation of the fall 2018 morning (or “AM”), online, hybrid, and selected PM classes will resume as follows (location will be announced later):

• First week of instruction: Jan. 7 – 12, 2019
• Last week of instruction: Jan. 28, 2019 – Feb. 2, 2019
• Final Exam Week: Feb. 4- 9, 2019

Adjusted spring 2019 semester dates (Monday – Saturday):

First week of instruction: Feb. 18-23, 2019

Spring break: April 15 – 20, 2019

Last week of instruction: May 27, 2019 – June 1, 2019

Final exam week: June 3-8, 2019

These dates, including the start date for the fall 2018 semester, may change due to unanticipated events or factors. NMC will announce any changes through email, website, social media, and other news outlets.
