To friends of Ann and Bill Stewart

I received a phone call from Kathryn Stewart (daughter) that her mom passed away Tuesday morning in West Virginia. This indeed is a sad information to the friends of Ann and Bill. I was able to speak to Bill to let him know that we are saddened by the passing of his wife, Ann, and I will share the information through this letter.

Bill Stewart himself is not in very health but he managed to be strong as much as possible. Bill may be contacted via telephone number 1-304-760-7025; or his daughter Kathryn at 1-304-344-4594.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill Stewart during the Trust Territory regime when he was the industrial economist. In 1990 to 1993 during the time when I was the budget officer, Bill was the staff industrial economist. I am sure many of us here in the CNMI remember Bill and Ann.
