This is to thank all that are helping to fast-track our islands back to normal. The recovery progress is above and beyond what could be expected, very commendable, and very much appreciated. Particular appreciation to all that have come from elsewhere that work through long days, weekends, and holidays; the government and private organizations focused on getting schools, utilities, and other critical functions and services operational ahead of what was projected; and everyone’s resiliency, efforts, and contributions.
