All 4 DORE Program participants praised
All four participants of the U.S. District Court for the NMI’s Drug Offender Re-entry Program were found to have been complying so far with DORE’s conditions and requirements at a session Tuesday afternoon.
That prompted Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona and DORE team members to praise the participants: Ryan Taitano Babauta, Kenneth T. Dowai, Roque Sablan Norita, and Manuel A. Sablan.
At DORE’s 49th drug court session, Babauta prepared an essay on ways he rewards himself or respond to pressure.
Manglona advised the participants that Crispin Sablan will no longer be a treatment provider for the U.S. Probation Office and that they will transition to Marianas Behavioral Health International.
Manglona set the next DORE Program drug court session for Oct. 23 at 3pm.
The DORE Program is a post-incarceration cooperative effort program of the U.S. District Court, U.S. Probation Office, Federal Public Defender, and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
DORE provides treatment and sanction alternative to address re-integration into the community for non-violent, substance abuse offenders release from federal prison.
Three participants have so far graduated from DORE.
