Rota Mayor Efraim Atalig has expressed gratitude and appreciation to Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC for helping the island as it recovers from Typhoon Mangkhut.
Imperial Pacific sent a large contingent of its Corporate Social Responsibility team to the island municipality over the weekend and, in partnership with the municipal government, it began its islandwide restoration and beautification work yesterday, Monday.
Imperial Pacific’s CSR work on Rota will be two-phased. First, it will provide manpower for debris cleanup. Following that, the CSR team will then move to beautification projects.
“This is an indication that Imperial Pacific International extends their services to all of the CNMI,” Atalig said.
IPI launched its Village Pride Project on Rota in 2016. That led to the successful repair and rehabilitation of at least five public facilities on Rota. (PR)
