The Marianas Visitors Authority continues to place stunning images of Rota, Tinian, and Saipan in the heart of Japan’s business district of Shiodome right by Tokyo’s Shimbashi Station.

The MVA has updated its wall display featuring the Marianas in Shiodome station, one of Tokyo’s busiest train stations.

The display, launched in early 2017, invites the 265,000 daily passengers transiting Shiodome station to enjoy a “3-Day Weekend in the Marianas” with 12-foot high, backlit images including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more.

“When we launched this display last year, we were very strategic about its placement. Alongside prestigious international brands such as All Nippon Airways and Shiseido, we have the potential to reach over 250,000 people daily in this location, and we’ve updated our images this year to continue to take advantage of this high-traffic area,” said MVA managing director Christopher A. Concepcion. “In July and August, Japan visitors been able to reach the Marianas from Tokyo-Narita via our summer charter flights. As things continue to progress for the launch of Skymark Airlines service to the islands this winter, it’s imperative to keep Saipan, Tinian, and Rota in the minds of the public as a travel destination. This display does just that.”

The Marianas display also faces the Nippon TV event space, ideal for targeting high-end business people. (MVA)
