‘State Directory of New Hires’ to be discussed in SHRM meeting
The Society for Human Resource Management NMI Chapter invites its members, associated HR and management staff, and interested members of the public to attend its next general membership meeting on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
NMI SHRM will have assistant attorney general Bobbi Cepeda provide information on reporting requirements under Public Law 20-60, which created the “State Directory of New Hires” and on the processing of income withholding orders for child support. The new law came into effect in June 2018.
This lunch meeting will be held at the Pacific Islands Club Charley’s Cabaret on Thursday, July 26, 2018, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The presentation is open to the public and will provide invaluable information for employers, managers, and HR professionals and staff. The presentation includes the PIC lunch buffet at the cost of $20 for SHRM members and $30 for non-members.
