The CNMI’s pride and joy and 2018 Miss Marianas Celine Concepcion Cabrera has officially confirmed that she will go head-to-head with 80 other international beauties for the title of Miss International.
According to an article on Missosology, Cabrera is a top contender in the 58th Annual Miss International Beauty Pageant this October. Cabrera was included in Missosology’s first hot picks for Miss International 2018.
Cabrera confirmed through an online interview that she has already started prepping for the Miss International Beauty Pageant that will be held in Tokyo, Japan on October.
“I have started preparing by doing research like watching YouTube videos on pageants especially the International pageant,” she said.
“I’ve also been staying healthy by controlling my portions, eating my veggies, and exercising,” she added.
Cabrera was ecstatic with the amount of recognition she has been able to bring to the Northern Mariana Islands in just the short span of her reign.
“By being named as a top candidate by Missosology, I hope to continue to bring recognition [to the Marianas] from all over the World,” she said.
Through competing for the Miss International title, Cabrera hopes not just to make the Marianas proud, but also to promote its beauty in the process, which has been her initial goal since her coronation.
“I hope to promote the islands throughout this journey,” she said
