LT Travel, TMO give $20K hole-in-one for HANMI tourney

Thanks to LT Travel and the Tinian Mayor’s Office, $20,000 is up for grabs as a hole-in-one prize at the 17th Annual HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament on July 14, 2018, at Laolao Bay Golf & Resort east course.
LT Travel president Ken Chen and staff made the donation to the tournament committee earlier this month.
“We’re very grateful to LT Travel and the Tinian Mayor’s Office for stepping forward this year and making this phenomenal $20,000 hole-in-one prize available,” said tournament chair Tyrell Pauling of Hyatt Regency Saipan. “We truly appreciate their support of the charitable work HANMI does, and we are very much hoping to have one lucky player walk away with this prize next Saturday.”
The tournament is also offering several other hole-in-prizes, including $5,000 cash sponsored by Pacifica Insurance, $20,000 cash sponsored by Century Tours, $5,000 cash sponsored by Century Insurance, $2,500 cash sponsored by Traders Insurance, a 2018 CXS-GT from Triple J Motors, an airline ticket from Asiana Airlines, and a 2018 C-HR from AK Toyota.
The early bird tournament fee is $120 and includes green fee and the awards banquet. The fee increases to $140 after the early bird deadline on July 6 at 5pm. For an additional $30, players may also compete for optional play prizes, including accurate drive circle, nearest to the pin, longest drive, shortest drive, and accurate drive line. The tournament will start at 7am.
Registration forms are now available at Laolao Bay Golf & Resort, Fiesta Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Saipan, Pacific Islands Club Saipan, and Coral Ocean Golf Resort or www.facebook.com/HANMI670. The tournament is open to the first 144 paid registrants. Cash, cars, hotel night stays, and other prizes await the winners.
The awards banquet, featuring a wide selection of dishes from the kitchens of HANMI member hotels, will be held on July 14, 2018, at 6pm at Fiesta Resort & Spa.
