Fee waivers for NMC info session participants
Individuals who participate in the Northern Marianas College’s upcoming information session will qualify to have their application fee and their placement test fees waived for NMC’s upcoming fall 2018 semester, a savings of about $75.
The information session, which is open to all prospective students and interested community members, will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in NMC’s Cafe Proa at the college’s As Terlaje campus.
NMC faculty, staff, and students from the different degree programs at NMC, as well as Student Services representatives from counseling, financial aid, and admissions will be on hand to answer questions, including the degree programs offered at the college, financial aid options, and other college initiatives.
The Office of Admission and Records will be present that evening to accept and register students who are interested in registering for the upcoming fall 2018 semester.
The college offers several degree and certificate programs, including a bachelor of science degree in education (emphasis in elementary education, early childhood education, special education, or rehabilitation and human services), bachelor of science degree in business management (emphasis in accounting); associate of arts degree in business, associate of applied science degrees in business administration (emphasis in accounting, business management, or computer applications), associate of arts in liberal arts (emphasis in education, health and physical education, and social work), associates of science in nursing, natural resources management, associate of applied science in criminal justice, and hospitality management.
