7SENSES, members of China’s famous girl group SNH48, have launched their latest music video, which was filmed in the Marianas and is being shown at Skechers locations across China.

“Kiki’s Secret” is the first video produced abroad for the group and highlights signature locations on Saipan, including Managaha, Micro Beach, Banzai Cliff, Beach Road, and Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan. The video, a co-op promotion of the Marianas Visitors Authority and Century Tours, also includes a UTV jungle tour and driving tour of the island.

SNH48 was first founded in 2012 as one of the earliest recruited girl groups in China. The group has officially released 20 popular EPs with an overall sales record of 4 million. The group has gained numerous industrial acclaims, including Best Group in 2016 CNR Music Radio Top Awards, 2016 Shanghai Influence Awards, 2018 China Top Ten Music Awards and other domestic awards. 7SENSES is the first international group from SNH48.

“The stunning natural beauty of the Marianas, the wide range of activities available, and our proximity to Asia continue to be a major draw for film projects, including music videos, television shows, commercials, and more,” said MVA marketing manager Broc Calvo. “In the last few months, the MVA has negotiated several projects with major recording artists in Korea and now China, and this is promoting our destination to their wide fan bases. We will continue to pursue these types of projects, which give the MVA a tremendous return on investment.”

Magazine Mina also covered the 7SENSE trip to the Marianas in a special feature. (MVA)
