This year, the competition will focus on the Insular Cases Doctrine, according to which Congress can choose which portions of the United States Constitution apply to “unincorporated territories,” including the CNMI.

The competition will be live-streamed via the CNMI Attorney General’s Cup Facebook page. The broadcasting group of Marianas High School will perform the video production of the competition.
